Champagne Boizel Collection Trésor 1990 con Estuche

This really shows old-Champagne character with salted butter, diced mushroom, bark, dried tea leaves and candied apples. Hint of popcorn, too. It's full and flavorful with bright acidity and a caramel finish. Excellent example. Very rich as always for the vintage. 60% pinot noir, 30% chardonnay and 10% pinot meunier. 30 years aged in bottle. Disgorged April 2021. Dosage 3g/L. Drink now.
