Studio by Miraval 2020 Magnum

An elegant nose of grapefruit, blossom and peach. Juicy red berries on the palate, oily-textured thanks to the oval-shaped vats used for fermentation. These vats allow the wine to ferment on the lees in a natural convection movement similar to bâtonnage. Plenty of fine mineral acidity to refresh. Available in magnum with limited availability from November 2021. Drinking Window 2021-2024.

Subtle fruit aromas on the nose with notions of grapefruit, kumquat and yellow stone fruit, followed by hints of papaya and a dash of mocha. On the palate filigree and balanced, nice fresh acidity and clarity with ample citrus notes and hints of yellow stone fruit. Long mineral finish.
