Roche Aux Moines Blanc 2012
Fiche technique
L'avis des experts
Picked mid-October with a yield of only 12 hectoliters per hectare, the straw yellow 2012 Savennieres Roche aux Moines is a rich, very clear and elegant modern Chenin from clay, schist and metamorphic rocks. Brillant, fresh and subtle on the nose with delicate fruit aromas of pineapples, ripe pears and Mediterranean herbs, it is a mouthful of superbly balanced, mineral, and persistent Chenin with finesse, lovely acidity and transparency. Still accessible and enjoyable this really dry Cru has a potential for ten and more years.

Un vino elegante y mineral. Una maravilla. Uno se emborracha sin darse cuenta...
