Ramón Bilbao Sauvignon Blanc 2023

All the fruit for this wine comes from Ramón Bilbao’s own vines in Finca La Amedias grown on poor, stony, clay soils. It is a very elegant but accessible Sauvignon Blanc that has benefited from fermentation in a combination of stainless steel, concrete and foudre. The resulting wine offers white floral notes, a touch of smoke and a limey core with a little tropical fruit. 2024-26.
