Vines over 80 years of age supply the grapes for Ramón Bilbao's increasingly impressive top wine, which showcases the quality of Tempranillo from Villalba. Very much a reflection of the 2018 vintage, this is focused, chiselled and very mineral, with stylish mocha oak, impressive balance and plum and damson fruit. 2025-32
