Maruxa Godello 2023

The white 2023 Maruxa Godello is a village wine from Éntoma on slate soils that is varietal and clean, with notes of yellow fruit, hints of bay leaf and pollen, with good structure and freshness. They started picking in late August, earlier than in 2022. It was vinified in 7,000-liter stainless steel vats from the direct pressing with indigenous yeasts and kept with the lees for five months. It has 14% alcohol, a pH of 3.1 and 6.6 grams of acidity and is powerful, fresher and with higher acidity. 46,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2024.
