Silvia Rocher and Manuel García’s project is one of the most exciting in the Sierra de Salamanca, exemplified by the quality of this Rufete from high-altitude vineyards at 1,000 metres in Sanchotello. Revealing its granite terroir, it has lovely stony reduction, layers of red cherry, cranberry and goji berry, sculpted tannins and extra layers from ageing in amphoras and older oak. 2025 - 2030
