The Wine Advocate:

This was the first sparkling wine to be released without liqueur d'expedition or sugar back in 1945, and the 2017 Visol Gran Reserva Brut Nature keeps that tradition with the idea to go with food. It's 60% from their own vineyards and the rest from purchased grapes. This fermented in oak barrels where the base wine was kept for six months and put to referment in bottle where it was kept with the lees for 60 months. It has a sweet nose that mixes yellow fruit and flowers with hints of brioche and baked bread, combining youth and complexity, with a velvety palate because of the small bubbles and with pungent acidity that lifts the finish up. It finishes dry, clean and long. It has 12% alcohol and a pH of 3.10. 19,803 bottles produced. It was disgorged in December 2023.
