Unlike Tobelos' Los Quiñones, which is a varietal wine, this less expensive varietal white is an assemblage of Viura with 10% each of Sauvignon Blanc and Garnacha Blanca. Lightly wooded, with a concrete-aged component too, this is pale and stony, with white pepper and grapefruit notes and a smidgeon of oak. 2023-25
