James Suckling:

Sweet spices to the black cherries, graphite and a touch of wild herbs. Fresh and really naturally rendered on the full-bodied palate, with fine-grained tannins. Long, tightly-knit finish. Drinkable now, but better in a year or two.

Decanter:

Lovely aromas of baked fruit, figs, dates and mulberries with a leafy peppery character and hints of cedar. Chewy stannins.
