Valdesabril is a Viñedo Singular release from a 75-year-old vineyard at 670 metres in Baños de Río Tobía that's produced with old clones of Viura. Savoury, textured and intense, with good extract, pear and stone fruit flavours, chiselled acidity and remarkable energy, brightness and palate length. 2023-30

James Suckling:

Incisively mineral with white blossom and some white fruit on the nose. Some macadamia nuts, stones and limey fruit on the medium-bodied palate with fresh, bright acidity. The delicate, subtle and nervy finish shows excellent length. Drink now.
