I love the effusive sour cherry fruit and floral delicacy of this elegant and beautifully crafted red Burgundy. The interplay of crispness and restrained ripeness on the barely medium-bodied palate (12.5% alcohol) is lovely to behold, the discreet soft tannins underlining this beautifully.
