La Cruz Verde 2021
Fiche technique
L'avis des experts
The 2021 La Cruz Verde was produced with three small vineyards in the Villalba/El Jorco zone of Cebreros on silty granite soils at 850 meters in altitude. It's a place surrounded by pine trees and the Becedas stream that give a coolness to the soils. It fermented with 15% full clusters and indigenous yeasts in concrete vat and matured in 2,000-liter oak vats for 14 months. There's a little more ripeness and juiciness here; it's a round and complete wine with the freshness and elegance common to the 2021s. It has the austerity of the granite soils that is reflected in the texture with more Barolo-like tannins. This is a wine that should benefit from more time in bottle. 6,000 bottles were filled in December 2022.

Decepcionante. Toque de aguja. Poco sabor y color.
Gran nariz, muy salino y mineral, potente y elegante estructura y persistencia final. Gran vino
Teniendo para mi, uno de los mejores rosados de España, que decepción este garnacha 100%
