The older 2014 Celler Batlle Brut Nature is the first vintage of this wine from 75% Xarel.lo and 25% Macabeo from the Font Jui vineyard to be offered with zero added sugar (as a brut nature). It fermented and matured in bottle with the lees under a natural cork that gives the wine a spicier twist (curry) from the old solera rancio wine added. 2014 was a cooler year with more rain (even more than 2013), and they implemented some changes, mainly the zero dósage in the wine, with no added sugar, which seems to have improved even the texture of the wine. It's super tasty, spicy and dry. I think this has to be the finest vintage of Celler Batlle so far. 7,000 bottles produced. It was disgorged in October 2023, nine years after the harvest. There will be some changes from 2015, produced from a specific lieu-dit or "paraje." - Luis Gutiérrez.

Gran espumoso, enorme riqueza en matices, burbuja fina y sedosa. Bouquet muy delicado, recomendable disfrutarlo solo o maridaje muy suave
Absolutamente maravilloso como siempre melocotón, cítricos,notas de larguísima crianza sobre lías.De los mejores espumosos del mundo
