El Canchoral is a field blend of 15 different red and white varieties from vines at 900 metres in Montote de la Sierra. Fermented with 100% whole bunches, it’s every inch a mountain wine, with top notes of jasmine, oregano and pine and a focused, taut mineral-etched palate of pink grapefruit and summer pudding. 2025 - 2032
