The Wine Advocate:

The entry-level Garnacha sold with the Navarra appellation seal is the 2017 Cientruenos, which, surprisingly for the vintage, has 14.5% alcohol. It's young, fruit-driven and juicy, with a Mediterranean character, with ripeness showing in the aromatic herbs in the nose (thyme, rosemary), and a round and juicy palate. The élevage has changed, and instead of oak barrels, they used tinaja (clay amphorae) for three months. The wine has nice, focused flavors, fine tannins and a tasty finish. 6,000 bottles were filled in August 2019.
