L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

The 2016 Languedoc Saint Drezery Quercus is a Grenache-based cuvée aged exclusively in demi-muids. It's a ripe, full-bodied wine that's round in the mouth yet not overly weighty. It somehow manages to deliver rich black-cherry flavor aboard silky waves of fruit, finishing long, vibrant and fresh. Super stuff.

Jeb Dunnuck:

Possibly the gem of the lineup, from a lineup packed with incredible wines, the 2016 Quercus is a blend of 100% Grenache that spent 16 months in concrete tanks. Full-bodied, insanely pure, rich, yet incredibly elegant and ethereal, it offers layers of ripe red and black fruits, violets, white chocolate, and graphite. I suspect it may be the finest Grenache – ever – from the Languedoc.
