L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

The white label 2022 Valtuille, from different parts of the village, fermented with 20% full clusters in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts—like all of the wines here—and matured in well-seasoned 225-liter oak barrels for one year. It has 13.1% alcohol, as they harvested earlier, and a pH of 3.66. Even if 2022 was a very warm and drier year, the wine keeps the balance and poise and comes through as elegant and with freshness, a lot more than anticipated at the time of harvesting. It has some rusticity and abundant, slightly grainy tannins. 7,500 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2024.
