Bimbache John Stone Blanco 2022
Fiche technique
L'avis des experts
They lost the grapes in 2021, so the 2022 John Stone is the follow-up to the 2020 I tasted last time. It's planted with Verijadiego Blanco and Listán Blanco, and the place has very high acidity. It has a very expressive nose of chamomile and dry flowers, with some nutty undertones, a hint of incense and a round palate. It's a powerful wine with 14% alcohol that is well disguised and balanced by the incredible acidity. This is an ancient plot cultivated by an old couple. I find this wine fascinating.
