L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

The 2021 Artigas was produced with a blend of 80% Garnacha, 10% Cariñena and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon; they used one-third full clusters of Garnacha and Cariñena to ferment it with selected and indigenous yeasts in concrete, and it matured for 16 months in French oak barrels. It's ripe and heady at 15.5% alcohol and a pH of 3.4, with a ripe nose of berries and herbs, with a spicy and smoky touch. The palate is full-bodied with abundant, slightly dusty tannins. 35,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in June 2023.
